and are starting to require a 12 month
seasoning. There are lenders still willing to
finance, but we need to know in advance to
placing a loan. Please research this so we all
become good informants.

Mixing Exercise and Work:
make it “FIT” your schedule!
New Year resolutions always include goals;
more income, better accountability, good
time management, better organization,
losing weight and being more health
conscious (usually the number one
resolution).
“Who ever accomplishes all of their resolutions?”
This year you can if you follow these
simple steps:
1. Write down some attainable goals.(Yes, on
paper, be accountable and get organized). Make
one list as it pertains to business, one as it
pertains to family and friends and another
pertaining to your health goals (may it be
nutritional, exercise or both). You can even go
as far as planning your church attendance and
participation goals.
2. Write down ways you can attain
your goals in small steps and establish
a weekly success plan.
(Most importantly: Do what you say you will).

We all know what to do, but you need to
start somewhere!
This Month Begin With Your
Outlook on Food:
OBVIOUS BASICS (I’ll just remind you):
1. Lower your caloric intake: lower your
sugar and complex carbohydrate intake.
2. Eat more vegetables and fruit.
3. Drink more water (at least 8- 8oz glasses a
day). Drink it when you feel hungry and wait
to see if you’re still hungry. Pick and chose
your calories. Do you want to drink your
maximum daily caloric intake? Stay away
from soda and tea (even diet has a lot of salt).
Water is satisfying and soda can become a
treat. Fruit juice is also FULL of SUGAR!!
4. Plan your meals. If you wait, you’ll be
hungry and eat everything in site.
5. Don’t shop when your hungry!
6. Don’t think about food all of the time.
Replace your bad habits with healthy
ones...exercise in various ways.
7. Listen to everyone around you. There is
no ONE diet that works for EVERYONE, it’s
all in your mind. Your decision to lose that 10
extra pounds relies only on what YOU do.
**In addition to the above add ½ hour of
cardio exercise and ½ hour of weight training
at least 3 times a week. Start today, tomorrow
may be too late! You’re off to a great start! |
